Abstract

Tokoh agama di masyarakat sangat penting perannya terkhusus dalam menyelesaikan persoalan waris. Fakta di lapangan terkadang masyarakat menginginkan persoalan kewarisan dapat diselesaikan oleh tokoh agama, namun kapasitas keilumuan waris bagi tokoh agama belum begitu kapabel, maka diperlukan pendampingan kepada tokoh masyarakat di Kota Bandar Lampung dalam menyelesaikan persoalan waris berdasarkan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui dua penyelesaikan persoalan waris bagi tokoh agama, melalui Focud Group Discussion (FGD) dan personal direct kepada pihak yang melakukan pengabdian. Hasil dari pengabdian ditemukan beragam persoalan waris baik sifatnya pribadi maupun sifatnya yang terjadi di masyarakat tokoh agama bertempat tinggal. Persoalan waris yang diajukan secara pribadi dan di FGD sudah diselesaikan dengan baik berdasarkan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan perundang-undangan yang relevan dengan kewarisan.
