From Turkiye to Kelawi Village: International Collaboration in Developing Tourism Branding through User Experience

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan branding pariwisata Desa Wisata Kelawi, khususnya Pantai Minang Rua, dengan pendekatan berbasis pengalaman pengguna (user experience). Kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan branding, peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris untuk pemandu wisata lokal, serta demonstrasi budaya asing melalui Ngopi ala Turki. Kegiatan ini berkolaborasi dengan International Volunteers Association (DAMLA Turkiye) dan Indonesian Student Association Bursa Turkiye. Selain memperkenalkan elemen budaya internasional, tetapi juga memperkuat daya tarik wisata Desa Kelawi di tingkat global. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya branding pariwisata yang berbasis pengalaman wisatawan dan komunikasi yang efektif, khususnya dalam bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, demonstrasi pembuatan kopi ala Turki berhasil memperkenalkan masyarakat lokal pada keberagaman budaya, sekaligus memperkaya pengalaman wisatawan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola destinasi wisata.Downloads
