Program Pelatihan Soft Skill dan Kesiapan Kerja bagi Siswa SMK di Bandar Lampung

Kesiapan kerja menjadi aspek krusial bagi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam menghadapi persaingan dunia industri. Namun, masih ditemukan rendahnya penguasaan soft skill seperti komunikasi, etika kerja, dan keterampilan wawancara pada siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja melalui pelatihan soft skill dan teknik wawancara bagi siswa SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta dan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi wawancara kerja. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 30 meningkat menjadi 89 pada posttest, dengan kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 60 poin. Nilai pretest tertinggi adalah 50 dan terendah 10, sedangkan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan terendah 80. Temuan ini menggambarkan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa secara signifikan, khususnya dalam aspek soft skill yang menjadi bekal utama dalam memasuki dunia kerja.
