Tujuan dari kegiatan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk meningkatkan serta membekali para siswa dengan berbagai macam aspek- aspek keterampilan yang dibutuhkan pada bagian Front Office dalam industry perhotelan. Guna membangun karier ketika memasuki dunia kerja. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah artikel ilmiah pada Jurnal Dharma Wacana, video kegiatan, dan profil hasil pengabdian yang dipublikasikan pada seminar hasil pengabdian Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Dimulai dengan pengenalan keterampilan mengenai Front Office dan penyampaian materi pelatihan/sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan simulasi atau latihan dalam praktik kemampuan serta keterampilan Front Office dan Tanya jawab / diskusi.
Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di Front Office bagi siswa perkantoran maupun perhotelan sebagai bekal ketika memasuki dunia kerja di industry perhotelan . Serta kegiatan ini menindaklanjutkan Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan Golden Tulip Hotel dan peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah para siswa SMK jurusan perkantoran dan perhotelan.
