Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sekar Mawar di Desa Wiyono, Kabupaten Pesawaran, dalam mengolah bahan alami menjadi balsem herbal yang bernilai guna dan bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 22 peserta dan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu sosialisasi mengenai potensi tanaman obat lokal, pelatihan praktik pembuatan balsem herbal, serta evaluasi kepuasan dan kebermanfaatan kegiatan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta merasa puas terhadap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, dengan tingkat kepuasan lebih dari 90% pada aspek aroma, tekstur, efek hangat, dan kemasan produk. Selain itu, peserta memperoleh pemahaman baru mengenai pemanfaatan tanaman obat serta menunjukkan minat tinggi untuk mengembangkan produksi balsem herbal sebagai usaha rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengolahan bahan alam, tetapi juga mendorong tumbuhnya semangat wirausaha berbasis potensi lokal. Pelatihan ini sejalan dengan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) terutama pada tujuan nomor 3, 8, dan 12, yang menekankan pentingnya kehidupan sehat, pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab.
