Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada sektor UMKM sering kali kurang mendapatkan perhatian optimal, sehingga SDM cenderung diperlakukan hanya sebagai alat produksi tanpa pengelolaan strategis yang efektif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Agrowisata Edukasi Sungai Jawi terkait pengelolaan SDM berbasis teknologi informasi. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup kepatuhan terhadap hukum ketenagakerjaan, proses rekrutmen, administrasi kepegawaian, pengelolaan upah, penilaian kinerja, serta pengelolaan tenaga kerja lainnya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berfokus pada pengenalan dan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional usaha, seperti pemasaran digital dan pencatatan administrasi berbasis aplikasi.

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan usaha yang lebih efisien dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Sasaran kegiatan adalah pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di Desa Agrowisata Edukasi Sungai Jawi, Kelurahan Sungai Selincah, Kecamatan Kalidoni, Sumatera Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi secara interaktif melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi aplikasi teknologi informasi.

Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini mencakup publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka.
