Peningkatan Technological Pedagogical Knowledge Guru Untuk Mengakselerasi Transformasi Edukasi Abad 21 Melalui Integrasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Dalam KBM

Di era modern ini, kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, ditambah dengan fenomena globalisasi, telah membawa transformasi besar dalam sektor pendidikan. Sebagai ilustrasi, terdapat evolusi dalam tradisi belajar-mengajar, dan munculnya tantangan untuk mengasuh dan meluluskan siswa yang memiliki Kemampuan Abad ke-21 (21st Century Skills). Pada saat yang sama, pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia telah merombak cara pembelajaran yang kini dilaksanakan secara online, menuntut banyak pihak, khususnya para pendidik, untuk bersikap fleksibel dan terampil dalam menggunakan TIK. Sehubungan dengan itu, mengasah kemampuan Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) bagi guru-guru menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk menavigasi perubahan ini dan menjawab tantangan pendidikan saat ini. Melalui inisiatif pengabdian ini, kami bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan serangkaian pelatihan dan workshop untuk memperkaya kompetensi Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) di kalangan guru SD di Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Harapannya, dengan kompetensi baru ini, guru-guru dapat lebih baik dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21, yaitu membentuk lulusan atau sumber daya manusia yang berbekal 21st Century Skills. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang melibatkan 33 guru dari SDN Sidoasih, serta beberapa perwakilan dari sekolah lain dalam kecamatan yang sama, kami mencatat peningkatan kompetensi yang memadai terkait Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK). Hal ini diindikasikan dari peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebanyak 41 poin pasca kegiatan ini, dan juga terlihat dari keberhasilan mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan dengan baik
