Pendampingan Pemasaran Digital Melalui Media Sosial Instagram Bagi Pelaku UMKM

Abstract
Digital marketing is effective in disseminating product information quickly and expanding marketing coverage. small and medium enterprises players who adopt digital marketing, especially through social media, gain income benefits, job opportunities, innovation and competitiveness. Many small and medium enterprisesin Lampung, especially in Central Lampung, have not adopted social media and digital marketing, indicating low utilization of digital potential. Low understanding, especially in digital marketing, also hinders the development of small and medium enterprises. This service activity focuses on education on the use of social media, especially Instagram, in digital marketing for small and medium enterprises in the Central Lampung area. The aim is to increase understanding of the benefits of Instagram social media in marketing products, encouraging competitiveness and reaching a wider market. Evaluation involves implementation evaluation questionnaires and materials, including pre-test and post-test. The results are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of social media-based digital marketing for small and medium enterprises and increase their business competitiveness. In addition, this activity will publish the results online to reach the wider community.

Abstrak
Pemasaran digital efektif dalam menyebarkan informasi produk dengan cepat dan memperluas cakupan pemasaran. Pelaku UMKM yang mengadopsi pemasaran digital, terutama melalui media sosial, memperoleh keuntungan pendapatan, peluang kerja, inovasi, dan daya saing. Banyak pelaku UMKM di Lampung, khususnya di Lampung Tengah, belum mengadopsi media sosial dan pemasaran digital, menunjukkan rendahnya pemanfaatan potensi digital. Pemahaman rendah, terutama dalam pemasaran digital, juga menghambat perkembangan UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini fokus pada edukasi pemanfaatan media sosial, khususnya Instagram, dalam pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM yang berada di wilayah Lampung Tengah. Tujuannya meningkatkan pemahaman tentang manfaat media sosial Instagram dalam memasarkan produk, mendorong daya saing, dan mencapai pasar yang lebih luas. Evaluasi melibatkan kuesioner evaluasi pelaksanaan dan materi, termasuk pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial bagi pelaku UMKM dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis mereka. Selain itu, kegiatan ini akan mempublikasikan hasilnya secara online untuk mencapai masyarakat luas.
