Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital dalam Manajemen UMKM di Desa Rajomulyo Metro Selatan

Desa Rajomulyo di Metro Selatan memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, keterbatasan dalam manajemen dan teknologi menjadi tantangan utama bagi peningkatan produktivitas dan daya saing UMKM di daerah ini. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam manajemen UMKM guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akses pasar, dan kemampuan bersaing. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak manajemen bisnis, pemasaran digital, serta platform e-commerce. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, para peserta akan diajarkan cara mengelola inventaris, keuangan, dan pelanggan secara efektif menggunakan teknologi digital. Selain itu, mereka akan didorong untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dan situs web untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas manajerial dan teknis pelaku UMKM di Desa Rajomulyo, yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan omzet dan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Evaluasi keberhasilan program akan dilakukan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan peserta, serta analisis kinerja UMKM sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam manajemen UMKM di Desa Rajomulyo diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi desa-desa lain dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal melalui inovasi teknologi.
