Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini secara khusus ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan kepada pengelola TPS 3R Jejama Sencanana, Pringsewu Barat, dalam mengolah sampah rumah tangga menjadi eco-enzyme. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyampaian materi dan praktik. Evaluasi pelatihan meliputi indikator: (1) pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test peserta; (2) antusiasme dan respon peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan; dan (3) kemampuan peserta dalam praktik. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Kader Bank Sampah dibawah pembinaan TPS 3R Jejama Secancanan. Target jangka panjang yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah menjadikan Kader Bank Sampah TPS 3R Jejama Secancanan menguasai kemampuan mengelola sampah rumah tangga menjadi eco-enzyme dan menjadi sukarelawan yang mendiseminasikan hasil pengabdian kepada masyakarat luas.
