Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman lintas budaya kepada perempuan muslim Prancis di Kota Lyon Prancis tentang pluralisme pemahaman masyarakat Islam Indonesia terhadap peraan perempuan Islam di Indonesia.  Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Evaluasi pelatihan meliputi indikator: (1) Pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test peserta; (2) Antusiasme/respon peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan; (3) Kemampuan peserta dalam memahami pluralisme budaaya;  (4) Kejelasan pemateri dalam menyampaikan materi. Target jangka panjang yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan perempuan Prancis untuk bersikap inklusif dalam hubungan lintas budaya di Prancis yang pada umumnya islamophobia.  Kegiatan ini telah dilakukan dari bulan Agustus sampai awal November 2024.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan: terdapat peningkatan peserta sosialisasi terhadap 8 (delapan) aspek utama unsur pngetahuan tentang pluralisme pespektif masyarakat Islam Indonesia tentang pperan perempuan Islam; dan (2) terdapat perubahan sikap peserta dari netral menjadi positif terhadap pluralisme tersebut dan terhadap kemungkinan diterapkannya model inklusif berdasar kebhinekatunggalikaan di Indonesia ke model penyelesaian masalah hubungan perempuan Islam di Prancis dengan pemerintah negara Prancis.
