Abstract

Penyusunan Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap instansi pemerintah, termasuk Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Republik Indonesia (RI), untuk memastikan akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Artikel ini menguraikan kegiatan pengabdian dalam pendampingan penyusunan LKjIP Satker KPU RI tahun 2024 yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga gelombang. Gelombang 1 untuk wilayah Sumatera, Kalimantan, dan Jawa; gelombang 2 untuk Sulawesi, Bali, dan NTB; dan gelombang 3 untuk wilayah Indonesia bagian timur, Maluku, NTT, dan Papua. Setiap gelombang berlangsung selama tiga hari, total kegiatan selama 9 hari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi brainstorming, belanja masalah, dan evaluasi bersama Inspektorat KPU RI. Brainstorming untuk menggali masalah penyusunan LKjIP, belanja masalah untuk mencari solusi, dan evaluasi untuk memastikan kesesuaian laporan dengan standar KemenPAN-RB. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami proses SAKIP dan strategi pencapaian target SAKIP KPU RI. Selain itu, peserta juga memahami pembagian tugas dan prosedur teknis, serta ada komitmen kuat dari satker KPU untuk mencapai target kinerja sesuai dengan cascading kinerja KPU RI. Pendampingan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas LKjIP KPU dan mendukung reformasi birokrasi di Indonesia.
