Abstract

Penguasaan teknik membangun dan menjaga mutu secara berkesinambungan adalah penting bagi pelaku usaha kecil. Karena mutu berdampak kepada reputasi perusahaan, perluasan pangsa pasar, keunggulan bersaing, dan meningkatkan laba. Peningkatan keterampilan teknik membangun dan menjaga mutu berkelanjutan dapat di raih melalui sebuah pelatihan. Realisasi pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan memberikan materi secara secara monologis tentang mutu, arti penting mutu, jenis standar mutu, langkah-langkah TQM, teknik pemberdayaan karyawan pada TQM, alat-alat peningkatan mutu dalam TQM faktor penentu mutu jasa, dan pemeriksaan proses produksi. Penajaman realisasi pemecahan masalah dilakukan menggunakan simulasi, diskusi, dan memberi-kan contoh kasus teknik membangun dan menjaga mutu berkesinambungan yang terjadi pada UMKM. Pelatihan ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman akhir peserta hingga mencapai 64,02% dengan kriteria cukup memahami. Selain itu pelatihan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh peserta dari belum memahami ke kriteria yang lebih tinggi, yaitu kriteria cukup memahami
