Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini di laksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi di Kantor Desa Hajimena Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lmapung Selatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemerintah desa dalam penanggulangan bencana banjir yang terjadi di Desa Hajimena Perumahan Bataranila.. Selain itu juga sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kesadaran pemerinatah desa dan terutama masyarakat akan perlunya ketanggapan terhadap pencegahan bencana banjir yang telah terjadi agar kedepannya bisa mengantisipasi terjadinya banjir. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 20 (dua puluh) peserta. Sosialisasi peningkatan kapasitas pemerintah desa dalam penanggulangan bencana, yang dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 23 Juli 2024, telah berlangsung dengan baik. Keberhasilan ini terlihat dari peningkatan hasil pre-test dan post-test, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan.
