Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dengan judul FGD untuk mensupport kegiatan peningkatan pengetahuan ketahanan pangan, dengan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan kandang ayam termasuk dalam komunikasi Pembangunan. Pendekatan komunikasi yang menekankan interaksi dua arah, mempertimbangkan pengalaman petani, mengatasi hambatan komunikasi, serta memperhitungkan konteks sosial dan budaya berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas program ketahanan pangan di pedesaan.. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1.  Pemanfaatan lahan dengan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan kendang ayam untuk membantu ketahanan pangan. 2.  Sosialisasi konsumsi pangan yang aman, higienis, bermutu, Konsumsi pangan yang aman, higienis, bermutu, dan tidak bertentangan dengan agama, keyakinan, dan budaya Masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi dan pertanyaan. Setelah pre test dan post test didapatkan penambahan  pemahaman peserta sebanyak 10 atau 13%, 120 atau 48%, 30 atau 11%, 40 atau 0,07%, dan 50 atau 0,07%.
