Abstract

Dana Desa dimaksudkan untuk membiayai pembangunan fisik seperti jalan desa, jembatan, irigasi, sarana air bersih, serta pembangunan non-fisik seperti pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan desa. Dengan alokasi dana yang besar, diharapkan desa mampu menjadi motor penggerak pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara langsung. Implementasi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua desa mampu mengelola dana tersebut secara optimal. Permasalahan umum yang muncul antara lain adalah rendahnya kapasitas aparatur desa, lemahnya sistem pengawasan internal, ketidaksesuaian antara program dan kebutuhan masyarakat, serta munculnya berbagai bentuk penyimpangan dan penyelewengan anggaran. Dalam konteks ini, penting untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai pendekatan manajemen risiko dalam pengelolaan anggaran dana desa. Kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan secara khusus untuk memberikan pelatihan pada aparat desa agar memahami menajemen resiko pengelolaan dana desa dan mampu menghasilakn Chief Risk Officer. Kegiatan akan dilakukan melalui (1) FGD untuk menjaring aspirasi dan isu-isu terkait; 2) pelatihan dan (3) Monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah aparat desa di Kecamatan Lumbok Seminung Kabupaten Lampung Barat.
