Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi peran dan kewenangan para pemangku kepentingan dalam pengelolaan desa wisata melalui pendekatan collaborative governance serta merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan, akuntabel, dan mampu memperkuat kelembagaan desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Sungai Langka dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, sharing session, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), dan observasi lapangan. Melalui rangkaian kegiatan tersebut, masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai pentingnya deliberasi publik dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan pariwisata desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pengembangan desa wisata tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan infrastruktur, tetapi juga oleh kualitas tata kelola, partisipasi masyarakat, serta sinergi antarpemangku kepentingan. Penyampaian materi oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pesawaran, pemerintah Desa Sungai Langka, dan pengelola destinasi wisata setempat memperkuat pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan kesepahaman mengenai pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab antaraktor serta mendorong terbentuknya komitmen bersama dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Sebagai luaran, hasil pengabdian didiseminasikan melalui publikasi pada jurnal nasional pengabdian kepada masyarakat guna memperluas penyebaran praktik baik dan kontribusi akademik dalam pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan.
