Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengenai kewirausahaan sebagai alternatif pilihan karier dan upaya membangun pola pikir dari job seeker menjadi job creator. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung pada 21 Juli 2026 dengan melibatkan 57 siswa dari berbagai program keahlian. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi dan simulasi, serta post-test. Materi yang diberikan mencakup konsep dan pentingnya kewirausahaan serta administrasi dalam pengelolaan usaha. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 48,07 pada pre-test menjadi 84,03 pada post-test, dengan peningkatan sebesar 35,96 poin. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai kewirausahaan dan aspek dasar pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan pemahaman bahwa keterampilan yang diperoleh siswa SMK dapat dikembangkan menjadi peluang usaha.
