BUMK Jaya Lestari sebagai Penggerak Ekonomi Desa: Strategi Penguatan Kelembagaan dan Pengembangan Usaha di Desa Kotabatu

Desa Kotabatu memiliki potensi sumber daya yang besar namun terkendala oleh belum optimalnya fungsi Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMK) Jaya Lestari akibat berbagai permasalahan kelembagaan dan manajerial internal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kelembagaan dan mengembangkan usaha BUMK berbasis potensi lokal agar dapat menjadi penggerak ekonomi desa. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan pengurus BUMK melalui penyuluhan, diskusi mendalam, serta analisis komprehensif untuk memetakan kekuatan, tantangan, dan potensi yang dimiliki. Hasil utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya penataan organisasi yang lebih baik melalui penyusunan struktur organisasi yang efektif dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang terperinci. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan dukungan peralatan teknologi yang krusial, seperti mesin huller pengupas kopi, mesin pembuat pakan, dan pompa air, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas unit usaha. Pendampingan terstruktur ini terbukti berhasil meletakkan fondasi penting bagi BUMK Jaya Lestari untuk berkembang menjadi penggerak ekonomi yang profesional, tangguh, dan berkelanjutan di Desa Kotabatu.
