Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Batu Karas, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Sebagian besar penduduk di Desa Batu Karas menggantungkan hidupnya kepada hasil tangkapan laut untuk mendukung aktivitas perekonomian. Hasil observasi, pendapatan nelayan dalam sekali melaut sangat beragam dan tergolong cukup tinggi. Namun, tingginya pendapatan belum mampu menjamin kesejahteraan rumah tangga nelayan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi nelayan untuk memahami literasi keuangan dasar melalui kegiatan Sinergi Literasi Keuangan Mandiri bagi Istri Nelayan (SRIKANDI). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan istri nelayan sebagai strategi penguatan bagi ekonomi keluarga. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei awal, pelatihan interaktif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Materi pelatihan mencakup perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga, pencatatan arus kas, manajemen utang, dan strategi menabung. Peserta diajak melakukan praktik langsung menggunakan buku kas sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 13,60 menjadi 14,80, yang mengindikasikan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan. Program ini juga mendorong perubahan sikap dan perilaku keuangan yang lebih terencana, mendorong untuk menciptakan kebiasaan menabung dan melakukan investasi.
